The hotel was cute little and the staff was attentive, it had best possible location by excellent cafes like Blue Bottle etc. Location: the venue was right by all the best shops, bars, cafes, and sights and shopping Shibuya and boutique shops. We went to Deco, located minute walk from the hotel, to have some dinner.

The meals were delicious. The location was great, for example, a pedestrian street was at a medium distance from the hotel. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was fantastic! The staff members were great and kind and suggested local places.
The bed in our room was horribly hard.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Shibuya. It made exploring the area super easy. The reception staff were really friendly at check-in. I appreciated having drink coupons for the cafe. That little perk felt special. The room I stayed in was small. I had to open my suitcase on the bed since there wasn't much space to move around. The bathroom felt cramped too. I noticed some inconsistency with housekeeping. There were days when my towels weren't changed, and I felt the service could have been better overall.

I had a cozy stay with spotless, high-pressure showers and daily fresh towels, but the room was tiny and felt more like a hallway. I would stay again, though!

Solo traveler paradise
The staff were friendly and even shared a few laughs with me during check-in. I was grateful for the excellent shower. It seemed like a small luxury after a long day exploring.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
